Warranty Policy
1. Standard and Extended Warranty
We provide a standard warranty of one year for all our products (“Standard Warranty”). Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty of up to two additional years (“Extended Warranty”) one year extended warranty can purchase through our distributor and reseller network. The provision of an extra year (3rd Year) of warranty is subject to the life cycle of the specific product.
The Standard and Extended Warranties cover defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service of the product. This warranty is only available to customers who have purchased our products through our authorized distributors/resellers and can provide proof of purchase.
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
Customers who wish to make a warranty claim (“Claimants”) must adhere to the following procedure:
a) Claimants must mark on customs documents that the equipment is sent for repair and assign minimal value to it.
b) Claimants are responsible for shipping costs to us. We will cover return shipping costs if they remain under 100 USD. If the return shipping cost exceeds 100 USD, the Claimant will be responsible for the additional charges.
c) Claimants should remove all data from any storage devices attached to the system prior to shipping, as we will not be responsible for any data loss.
d) Upon receipt of the faulty equipment, we will diagnose the issue and provide warranty information within two weeks.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, that has not been handled or packaged correctly, that has been sold as second-hand or that has been resold contrary to the applicable laws and regulations of the country.
BoingFire reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the product’s BoingFire sticker has been tampered with or removed. Claimants are required to provide proof of purchase through our designated distributors/resellers only.
