1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Standard Warranty Period
Boingfire provides a comprehensive two-year warranty on complete systems from the date of shipment, covering:
- Complete System and all components installed by Boingfire.
1.2 Extended Warranty Options
Customers may purchase extended warranty coverage through our authorized distributors and resellers for an additional third year. The availability of a third-year extended warranty is subject to the specific product’s life cycle and may not be available for all products.
An extended warranty must be purchased at the time of product purchase or within 30 days of the original purchase date.
1.3 Warranty Coverage Scope
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under regular use and service of the product. This includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failures due to faulty materials
- Hardware malfunctions under normal operating conditions as specified in product documentation
2. Warranty Validity Requirements
2.1 Proof of Purchase
Warranty coverage is only valid for products purchased through Boingfire’s official channels:

2.2 Power Supply Requirement

2.3 Product Identification and Tampering
Warranty will be void if:
- The original Boingfire identification sticker has been tampered with, altered, or removed
- The product serial number has been altered, obliterated, or removed
- Any security seals or warranty stickers have been broken or tampered with
- Evidence of unauthorized modifications or repairs is found
3. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
3.1 Actions That Void Warranty
The following actions will immediately void the warranty:
Hardware Modifications:
- Any physical modifications to the system board
- Unauthorized component replacement or installation
- Removal or alteration of factory-installed components
Software/Firmware Changes:
- Unauthorized BIOS updates or modifications
- Flashing of custom firmware not provided by Boingfire
- Software modifications that alter hardware functionality
Physical Damage:
- Damage caused by improper handling, packaging, or transportation
- Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or corrosive environments
- Damage from power surges, lightning, or electrical issues
- Liquid damage or contamination
Unauthorized Use:
- Use of unauthorized or incompatible power supplies
- Operation outside specified environmental conditions
- Use in applications not approved by Boingfire
3.2 What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
- Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions
- Products sold as second-hand or refurbished (unless explicitly warranted)
- Products resold contrary to applicable laws and regulations
- Loss of data or software
- Consumable items (unless defective at time of purchase)
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
4.1 Before Submitting a Claim
Before initiating a warranty claim, please:
- Verify your warranty coverage is still valid
- Gather proof of purchase documentation
- Note the product serial number and specific issue
- Remove all data from storage devices attached to the system
- Contact your authorized distributor/reseller or Boingfire support
Data Backup: Boingfire is not responsible for any data loss during the warranty repair process. Customers must back up and remove all data before shipping products for warranty service.
4.2 Initiating a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim (“Claimants”), follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to sales@boingfire.com or your authorized distributor with:
- Proof of purchase
- Product serial number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)
- Receive RMA Authorization: We will review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the claim is approved
- Prepare Shipment: Package the product securely in original or equivalent protective packaging
4.3 Shipping Requirements
Customs Documentation:
- IMPORTANT: Mark on customs documents that the equipment is sent for repair
- Assign a minimal value to the equipment (not to exceed $20 USD) to avoid import duties and taxes
- Include the RMA number on all shipping documents and the package exterior
Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: Claimants are responsible for shipping costs to Boingfire
- Boingfire Responsibility: We will cover return shipping costs after repair is completed
- Products must be adequately insured during shipment; Boingfire is not responsible for damage during transit to our facility
Shipping Address: The shipping address will be provided with your RMA authorization. Do not ship products without an RMA number.
4.4 Repair Process and Timeline
- Receipt and Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and verify warranty eligibility
- Diagnosis: We will diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate repair or replacement
- Communication: We will provide warranty status and repair information within two weeks of receipt
- Repair/Replacement: Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced with equivalent products
- Return Shipment: Repaired or replacement products will be shipped back to the customer at Boingfire’s expense
4.5 Warranty Claim Resolution
Approved Claims:
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced at Boingfire’s discretion
- Replacement products may be new or refurbished units of equivalent functionality
- Repaired products will be returned with the remaining original warranty period (no warranty extension)
Denied Claims:
- If the product is found to be outside warranty coverage, we will contact you with:
- Explanation of why the claim was denied
- Repair cost estimate (if repair is possible)
- Option to return the product unrepaired or proceed with out-of-warranty repair
Out-of-Warranty Repairs:

6. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Boingfire Systems. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOINGFIRE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6.2 Liability Cap
Boingfire’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. IN NO EVENT SHALL BOINGFIRE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or information
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of use of the product or associated equipment
- Downtime costs
- Claims of third parties
6.3 Maximum Liability
Boingfire’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
7. Regional Variations
Warranty terms may vary by country or region based on local consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where mandatory warranty laws apply, this warranty provides additional rights and does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
If local laws provide additional warranty protections beyond those stated in this policy, those additional protections will apply.
8. Transfer of Warranty
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who can provide valid proof of purchase from an authorized Boingfire channel. Warranty coverage does not transfer to subsequent owners or purchasers of used equipment.
